01 / ABOUT LIJONDA
Practical experience.
Measurable improvements.
LIJONDA helps companies improve warehouse, production and operational processes through concrete, practical and sustainable solutions. Our approach is based on extensive international experience and the practical application of Lean management, Kaizen, 5S, standardized work and Lean Six Sigma principles.
We do not want to leave clients with only an analysis and a presentation. Our goal is to understand the actual process, identify the root cause of the problem and, when needed, take part in implementing improvements.

04 / PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS
Knowledge that stays
in the process.
For operational employees, managers and teams. Every workshop is practical, clear and focused on real workplace situations. All workshops can be delivered in-house or via Microsoft Teams; group size is agreed individually, and the content includes practical situations and group questions.
Target group: warehouse employees, production workers, new employees and operational staff.
The workshop connects material and information flow, workplace organization, standard work, waste, FIFO/FEFO, safety and Kaizen. Through practical examples, participants learn to identify problems and understand how their work affects the next process.
Target group: warehouse staff, production workers, operators, administrative staff and shift leaders.
A practical introduction to continuous improvement culture, identifying waste and turning everyday problems into small, actionable changes.
Target group: warehouse/production managers, team leaders and supervisors.
A workshop on creating clear standards, control points, responsibilities and visual management as the foundation of a stable process.
Target group: shift leaders, team leaders and future managers.
Focus on clear communication, allocation of responsibilities, prioritization, problem solving and leadership habits that create more stable and effective teams.
Advanced level for warehouse and production operations.
The workshop combines the Lean approach to eliminating waste with structured problem solving and process performance measurement.
LIJONDA PRINCIPLE
“Walking faster is not optimization. A shorter, clearer route is.”
A good process does not depend on who knows the “trick”; it enables people to work safely, clearly and consistently.
